Dewatering Solution for a Thai Wood Processing Client

First Meeting in 2020

Our first encounter with this client took place in 2020. As a wood processor with more than 30 years of history, they came to us with a very clear objective. They needed a rotary drum screen and provided detailed requirements regarding material, dimensions, and construction. Their professionalism made it obvious that they were highly experienced and thoroughly familiar with this type of equipment.
In the end, we supplied a unit with a drum size of 400 x 1560 mm and a filtration accuracy of 0.15 mm.

Expanding in 2025

In 2025, as their production scale grew, they required a larger and more complete solution — one capable of handling twice the volume. This time, we provided a 600 x 3000 mm unit. Compared with the previous filtration area of 1.9 m², the new equipment offers 5.6 m², fully meeting the client's needs.

A Complete System

At the same time, the client also needed the sludge dewatering press and polymer dosing unit they had inquired about earlier. We adjusted the models and specifications according to their current process. Working together as a complete system, these units greatly improve dewatering efficiency.
