Wastewater Treatment Plant Equipment for a Client in Mexico
Every wastewater treatment plant is built around a handful of key machines, and this project in Mexico is no exception. Below you'll find the main equipment we supplied for the plant, from influent screening all the way through to final disinfection. We've left a spot under each item for the finished-product photo, so you can see exactly what was delivered.
1. Internally Fed Rotary Drum Screen
Model: JXN-500×3000
Application: Removal of solids from the influent
Main material: SS304
Filtration accuracy: 0.2 mm
Treatment capacity: 18 m³/h
The internally fed rotary drum screen is used at the head of the treatment line to remove suspended solids from the incoming wastewater.
2. Sedimentation Tank
Material: Carbon steel plate, with supporting structure
The sedimentation tank is constructed from carbon steel plate and supplied with an integral supporting structure. It provides the necessary retention volume and structural stability for gravity settling of suspended solids in the process flow.
3. Multi-Media Filter
Model: JX-DZ-1200
Application: Filtration of treated water
Configuration: Two filter units operating in parallel
Material: Carbon steel
Treatment capacity: 40 m³/h
The multi-media filter is used for polishing the treated water. It consists of two identical filter units arranged in parallel, providing a combined treatment capacity of 40 m³/h. The vessels are fabricated in carbon steel. Parallel configuration allows continued operation during backwashing or maintenance of one unit.
4. 301 Screw Press Sludge Dewatering Machine
Material: SS304
The Model 301 screw press is a volumetric sludge dewatering unit. Sludge is thickened and dewatered as it is conveyed along the rotating screw, producing a dewatered cake for disposal.
5. UV Disinfection Unit
Specification: 100 GPM amalgam water purifier
Material: Polished 304 stainless steel
The UV disinfection unit provides final disinfection of the treated effluent. It is a 100 GPM amalgam-type UV purifier with a chamber made of polished 304 stainless steel.
