1. Client Background

Our client is a Vietnam-based manufacturer and supplier of paints, coatings, inks, and other chemical products. With growing production demands and increasingly strict quality requirements, they needed a more efficient and reliable filtration system to improve product purity and protect downstream equipment.

2. Initial Inquiry & Requirements

The client approached us with the following initial needs:

Pre-filtration (self-cleaning): Model 219 self-cleaning filter, 125 μm filtration precision, suitable for 5 m³/h flow rate.
Bag filter unit (secondary): 4-bag type, material – SS304 stainless steel.

Later, the client revised their requirement by changing the filtration precision to 20 μm. In response, our team recommended the 325-Scraper Automatic Self-cleaning Filter, a model specially designed for paint and similar viscous applications. This unit features:
