A wastewater treatment plant project in Syria issued a tender for horizontal decanter centrifuges. The client required reliable dewatering equipment for sludge from the sewage pipe network.

The client showed interest in our Model JX-LWS-250 two-phase horizontal decanter centrifuge, and we confirmed that this model is suitable for their application.
System Configuration
The centrifuge can be matched with a 500-Polymer Dosing Unit, a G20 transfer pump, and a G30 transfer pump, giving the client a complete and worry-free solution. Alternatively, the client may use their own equipment.
The control cabinet can also include the electrical control for these auxiliary units, forming one integrated system.

1. Control cabinet included
The electrical control system of the control cabinet mainly consists of frequency converters, relays, AC contactors, panel operation switches, push buttons, etc. The system can automatically adjust the differential speed between the bowl and the scroll according to load changes. It also provides multiple abnormal-condition detection, alarm, and interlock control functions to ensure reliable and safe operation of the dewatering system.
2. Flushing water circuit piping included
The piping for the flushing water circuit is included in the scope of supply.
Factory Acceptance
After completion, the client visited our factory to inspect the equipment and review the units we supplied.
