Basket Filters for Municipal Sludge Treatment in Singapore
A water treatment company in Singapore required a batch of basket filters for municipal sludge treatment. Their requirements were divided into two systems:
- System 1: 1 duty + 1 standby, with a 15 mm filter basket mesh size
- System 2: 1 duty + 2 standby, with an 8 mm filter basket mesh size
Both systems were supplied with PLC control systems. For the PLC, we use internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, ensuring reliable quality and dependable after-sales support.
Because the client needed to open the filter covers frequently, we changed the cover connection from the conventional bolted flange to a quick-open clamp design, making access much faster and easier for routine cleaning and maintenance.
