Successful Delivery of a Mechanical Bar Screen for a UAE Wastewater Treatment Plant
We are pleased to share a recent project milestone: the design, manufacture, and delivery of a mechanical bar screen for a wastewater treatment facility in the United Arab Emirates. This installation is part of the plant’s inlet screening channel, where it plays a critical role in protecting downstream equipment by removing coarse solids from industrial wastewater.

Why This Solution Was Chosen
The client required a robust, low-maintenance screening system capable of handling variable flow and debris loads typical of industrial effluent. Our vertical chain brush filter offers several advantages:

Our Involvement
We were first contacted by the client in 2024 to discuss their specific requirements. After a thorough technical review and site adaptation, we customised the bar screen to match the channel dimensions and flow conditions. The manufacturing phase was followed by factory testing, and the equipment was shipped and commissioned successfully in 2025.
