The DSM screen was selected for its high-capacity screening performance. With a width of 3 meters and adjustable separation down to 150 microns, this unit effectively handles the client's feed material with reliable efficiency.

2. Vibrating Screen
- Capacity: 2.3 tons/hour
- Particle Size: 100 mesh
- Application: Dewatering of 100% pure mica concentrate
This vibrating screen was specifically chosen for the dewatering of high-purity mica concentrate. Operating at a feed rate of 2.3 tons/hour and processing material at 100 mesh, the unit delivers exceptional dewatering performance while maintaining product integrity.

3. Disc Filter
- Flow Rates: 5 m³/h and 46 m³/h (dual configurations)
- Feed Solid Content: 56%
Our disc filters were supplied to handle slurry dewatering at two different flow capacities. With a solid content of 56% in the feed, these filters provide excellent filtration efficiency and cake formation, making them ideal for the client's mineral processing circuit.

4. Vacuum Drum Filter
- Capacity: 21 tons/hour
- Feed Solid Content: 55%
- Particle Size: 50 microns
The vacuum drum filter was delivered to handle a higher throughput of 21 tons/hour, processing material with a solid content of 55% and a fine particle size of 50 microns. This unit plays a critical role in the overall dewatering circuit, ensuring optimal moisture reduction and solids recovery.
