Vibration Screen Operation Instructions
1. Introduction
The vibrating screen machine consists of hopper, vibrating chambers, couples and vibration motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber soft ware, main shaft and shaft bearings in the vibration chamber. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifugal force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials from regular eddy. adjusted according to the property of materials and the mesh screen.
2. Working principle
The basic principle of Vibration screening filter is the heavy hammer (unbalanced heavy hammer) installed in the electrical axis transform the motor’s rotary motioninto horizontal, vertical, tilt motion
(three-D movement) then this movement passed to the screen surface. Adjust the upper and lower ends of heavy hammers phase angle, this can change the trajectories of materials on the screen surface.

4. Application
1. Dry separation

1)Chemical industry resin, pigment, cosmetic, washing powder, coatings, micro powder, paint varnish, aluminum paste, emulsions, catalyst, raw chemicals, printing Ink( Ink, Colors and Solvents).
2)Abrasives, ceramic industry glaze, alumina, quartz sand, mud, Spray soil grain.
2. Dry classification
Separation of solid particles into precise sized fractions
1)Food industry: Powder, sugar powder, starch, salt, gourmet powder, rice noodle, milk powder, egg powder, yeast sauce.
2)Metallurgy, Mine industry aluminum powder, copper powder, ore alloy powder, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, electromagnetic material, metsl power, welding rod powder.
5. Installation
To achieve better cooperation and avoid unnecessary troubles, please follow manual strictly:
1. Remove transportation FIXING RODS before test running, Check the screw, tighten all the screws. This is very important.
2. Check the each part of the machine according to the diagram, if there is any abnormal part, please contact us.
3. The machine should be placed on a horizontal foundation during installation. If there ’s no foundation, a shockproof rubber plate should be laid between the workbench and the machine base.
4. The vibration motor and the cables in the screen machine are subjected to severe vibration, and the standard ground wire should be connected for safety.
5. Each layer of vibrating screen can be rotated 360 °. L oosen the locking ring bolts, adjust the desired position of the outlet of each layer, and then remember to tighten the locking ring bolts. The tightening method is to hammer the outer circumference of the locking ring with a hardwood stick or rubber hammer while tightening the nut until there is no loosening sound from the hammering sound.
6. In Operation
1. Turn on the power switch and run empty for 20-30 minutes. Generally, the motor should run clockwise when looking at the head. (Under special circumstances, it can also run counterclockwise when looking at the head, and the different directions will not affect the service life of the motor). If the direction is wrong, please adjust the three power supplies.
2. It should be confirmed that the vibration motor is running within the rated current. At the beginning of operation, especially in low temperature occasions, the current will be slightly higher, but within 20-30 minutes, it should be reduced to the rated current value.
3. The machine must not make any abnormal sound. If there is any abnormal sound, it should be shut down quickly for inspection. The abnormal sound is generally caused by loose fastening parts, especially when it is transported and disassembled and reassembled, fastening of each part. There is a momentary resonance zone (1-3 seconds) when the screen machine is started and stopped. At this time, the amplitude and noise will increase obviously, which is a normal phenomenon.
4. After empty running, a small amount of material can be put into the sieve acceptable feeding amount. At this time, the weight should be adjusted according to the discharge situation of the mesh surface. Make the efficiency of the screen machine reach the best state.
7. Machine Adjusting
1. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights can change the trajectory and residence time of the materials on the sieve . In order to make the machine adapt to the separation state required by various materials, such as the distribution of materials, processing capacity, separation efficiency,
screening accuracy and other states, it should be adjusted to the best state.
2. The angle of the upper weight cannot be adjusted, and the angle of the lower weight can be adjusted by loosen the locking bolt . Remember to tighten the fixing bolts after adjustment.

8. Maintainance
1. The staff should be familiar with the perf ormance, structural principles and maintenance checkpoints of each part of the equipment.
2. Equipment inspection should be carried out in each shift to check whether the bolts in each part are loose, whether the screen is loose or damaged. If the bolt is loose, it should be tightened in time, and if the screen is damaged, it should be replaced with a new one in time.
3. The feeding amount should be as uniform and moderate as possible during operation. Except for special circumstances, it is strictly forbid den to stop with materials and continue to feed the screen machine during shutdown.
