Pulping Machine Operation Manual

(I) Preparation Before Operation

  1. Check the motor wiring and the V-belt transmission system to ensure the motor power meets the model requirements. The V-belt tension should be appropriate, with no slippage or risk of breakage.
  2. Inspect the rotor components (blade assembly, feeding impeller, and discharge impeller) to ensure they are intact. Check that the cylindrical screen mesh (aperture size 0.6–1.2 mm) is free of blockage or damage, and adjust its position to ensure it is firmly installed.
  3. Clean any residual materials inside the feed inlet, collection hopper, and discharge outlet to keep the equipment clean and free of odors or impurities.

(II) Operating Procedure

  1. Connect the power supply and start the motor. The motor drives the rotor assembly at high speed through the V-belt. Observe whether the equipment runs smoothly without abnormal vibration or noise.
  2. Feed the cleaned fruits or vegetables (such as stone fruits, berries, etc.) into the feed inlet. The feeding impeller will spiral the material toward the blade assembly, where it will be crushed.
  3. Under the action of centrifugal force, the juice and pulp pass through the screen mesh and flow into the collection hopper for periodic collection. The fruit pits are discharged through the discharge outlet by the discharge impeller — clean the outlet promptly to prevent clogging.
  4. After processing is complete, stop feeding material. Once no residue remains inside the rotor assembly and no pulp is discharged, turn off the motor power.

(III) Precautions

  1. Do not feed stone fruits with intact pits directly into the machine. The pits must be removed in advance to avoid damaging the blade assembly or screen mesh, or causing equipment blockage.
  2. Do not open the machine cover or insert hands into the equipment during operation to prevent injury from rotating components. Any adjustment or cleaning must be performed only after disconnecting the power supply.
  3. Regularly (recommended every three months) inspect the screen mesh for wear. If severe blockage or damage is found, clean or replace it promptly. When cleaning the screen, do not use hard brushes or adhesive substances to avoid damaging the mesh holes.
